Engagement / Prenuptial Film
Like many movies or series, there is a prequel. This film is what we plan it to be - actual engagement, adventure, reenactment or a last reminiscence of the fun memories before you tie the knot. Use this film as 'Save the Date' or play it during the reception.

An Engagement Film is a separate filming day prior to your wedding. Thus is a very good opportunity to get to know you and empower you to feel comfortable in front of the camera.

I have several themes to choose from: Cityscape, Mountainscape and Seascape.

Videography
The Weddings of Real People with authentic smiles, gestures and reactions. A burst of laughter, a sudden tear, a moment of emotion - all shall be captured and tell the tale of the one True Love! Your wedding is your first day of forever surrounded by family, friends and your favourite pets. Adventscape understands this and thus, our priority to capture.

However, your film should also showcase the non-living that makeup your wedding. Your venues, rings, scenery and those odd moments that happened on your wedding. These shall be showcased in the best cinematography possible for you to remember where it all began.

Live Streaming
Helping the NSW Government fight Covid-19. Live Streaming is the best way to keep our Love Ones safe at the comfort of their homes but at the same time witness every minute of your story unfold!

Technology is amazing nowadays that you'll be able to locally watch an event unfold. We have a worldwide audience, that no matter where they are, they can be a witness and be a part of the big day.

We are currently working on inviting guests in our live streams. This allows them to be part of the speeches / toasts!

Same Day Edit Film / S.D.E.
A Same Day Edit Film is a Magical Experience.

Ask couples how they felt as they watch their stories unfold in front of their eyes right at their wedding! Asks guests how they felt as they saw themselves on film on the same day as the wedding! Have the Same Day Edit Film upload the next day for everyone to watch a beautiful summary of your wedding.

If you're interested but feeling unsure, what the 'CLIENT REACTION' on this site to find out how couples felt as they watch a Same Day Edit Film.

Legacy Film
Highlight films are very fun to watch. It's short, exciting, consumable and showcases the best cinematography while narrating your unique love story. It's truly amazing.

But what if it's too short for your liking?

Then you might like our Legacy Film. It's a highlight film 2-3 times longer - thus, it's 2-3 times amazing and breathtaking! We will pack this film with all the moments, hugs, cries, laughter, emotion and kisses so you will never ever forget every minute of your day. Once you finish watching, you won't watch anything else anymore.

Narrow Neck and Cahills Lookout

Boar's Head

I was at Katoomba lately to explore a vantage point.  As we were going home, my friend asked me to go search for the Boar's Head Rock.  It's a big rock shaped like a boar's head, it can be seen in one of the lookouts.  I was excited.  So we drove to Cliff Drive at Katoomba to search for this lookout.  There are 2 lookouts that we saw in search for Boar's Head.

Getting There

The Narrow Neck Lookout is just beside the road.  Slightly drive off Cliff Drive and you're already at the lookout.  There's no formal parking, but the space is enough to accommodate many cars.  You won't miss it as there is a big sign that screams Narrow Neck Lookout.

The area is wide that you can even park a 2 deck bus.  Since it's a lookout, people come and go quickly.  You'll see Narrow Neck Plateau, Jamison Valley and Megalong Valley.

The view has potential but I don't like the trees the block your line of sight.  If I shoot with my camera, the trees are distracting.  I think for views and lookouts, some trees can be cut down to an acceptable height.  I could visually construct what I saw, but the camera could not see past the trees.  Since the lookout is very straightforward, you won't spend that much time there.  It's good to drop by for a couple of minutes and see what it offers.

Driving further is our target vantage point - Cahills Lookout.  Unlike Narrow Neck lookout where the view is right there,  Cahills lookout makes you walk for about 5 minutes.  Don't worry, the walk is cemented with plenty of safety rails at the sides.

As you walk beyond the entrance, you'll see the Boar's Head rock at the left hand side.  There is a small opening at the dense foliage and a rock where you can stand on.

Walking straight on this path is a monument.  It has safety railings so you can have a view further back.  If you look closely at the moment, there are carvings.

It says:
At the invitation of the Blue Mountain City Council the Honourable JJ Cahill M.LA, Premier of NSW officially named this lookout on Saturday 6th June 1959

So this all started at 1959.

Anyway, before the monument is an access (at the left) going a bit further to the actual lookout.  This leads to a vantage point secured with metal railings and screens.  It has an amazing view of the Megalong Valley, Narrow Neck Plateau and Jamison Valley.  You can also see the isolated Mt Solitary from here.  If you look closely, you can see the Ruined Castle in which it resembled, a 'ruined castle'.  It's more than 180 degree view.  I managed to grab a panorama:

Boar's Head is very interesting.  The shape is very distinct - like a Boar's Head.  You can create good compositions with it in your photos.  I'm thinking of some sunrise concept or going here when it's a bit dark.  I don't know if flashlights can reach it for an awesome light painting under the stars!  It's a lookout worth visiting if you're already at the area visiting the 3 Sisters.

But what is more interesting is that people come to that area and do mountain climbing or rappelling.  I've seen 2 groups of people rappelling down Boar's Head.  You can see these people if you look closely the both photos above.

Final Thoughts

Narrow Neck and Cahills are only a few lookouts at Katoomba.  If you Google, there are many other lookouts beside these ones.  They might even give you better view of the Blue Mountains.  It's good to note that when you're visitng the famous Three (3) Sisters, just past drive Katoomba to maximise your time and see more of the Blue Mountain.  It's just further down the road and will not take much of your time.

Location: Katoomba NSW 2780, Australia
